Red Run Bison farm, where the buffalo roam, is located in scenic Wayne county.Here we raise all our own hay for our herd on 300 acres of rolling fields.
Our buffalo meat is the finest meat there is. It is low in fat, slightly sweet, juicy, delicious and never gamey tasting. It truly is the healthy red meat.
Ground, patties, steaks, sausage, roasts-- you name it-- have all cuts available.
