We're a new food truck serving our community delicious and healthy food that showcases fresh local ingredients. Last year, 85% of our ingredients and packaging came from local farmers and purveyors! We value our relationships with our Northeast Ohio suppliers who help to bring you our unique spin on sustainable food. It's been exciting to see our customers' react to the surprising difference fresh ingredients from local farms make in our food!

We understand that everyone has unique dietary needs and we consider those who are gluten-free, vegan and have common allergies when building our menus. We also strive to create unique menus for each venue we serve, so you can always expect something new. As for refreshments, we offer organically flavored sparkling water, boxed spring water and fair trade, locally roasted coffee. Also, all of our packaging is compostable or recyclable.
